Torque

How to use: it is the surgeon’s last tool to use. Surgeons are able to reach deep molar area which is hard to approach and implant easily with wrench.

Installation

1. Turn the latch key on torque head to the right.

1. Insert a prosthetic driver in to the hole on torque head.

1. Return the latch key to lock.

Torque control

1. To take proper torque value, turn the knob and choose value.

Operation

1. Turn the handle clockwise or counter clockwise to tighten and loosen.

1. It sounds ‘clack’ when the torque value is over.

Storage and maintenance after use

1. Sterilize Torque or Torque head and dry.

1.  Re-calibrate it every 2years or per using 2,000 times.

1. Store in a dry place.

Directions for use

After each use; disassemble and sterilize the torque head piece, be sure to completely dry the unit. 

Add oil on a monthly basis. Store in a dry place.  

1. Should be sterilized and disinfected before and after use. (134°C  for 5mins / 125°C for 20mins)

1. Every part should be clearly washed to remove any residues during sterilization

1. Make sure to be well-informed of the manual before use.

Disclaimer: There can be minute variation, +-12-15% on the force output of the torque wrench. This can be due to a multitude of factors such as temperature change, improper connection of the head to the shaft,  or base to the shaft of the instrument.
